The story that I´m sharing here goes back a few months ago. The Warrior Business Journey for a Fashion British Brand in the Luxury Goods Industry.
Purpose? To empower managers to drive their teams differently to further establish a culture of performance. How can they do differently to strive to achieve better results?
The Result? A engaged, excited, committed team. We asked them to write their feelings, learnings and favourite quotes and we received an endless list of incredible messages.
We´ve performed our Warrior Business Method customised to suit both, The Warrior Business Journey and Warrior Business Woman Employee Engagement Programmes. This last one, particularly designed for the female workforce.
We usually identify common goals on a range of industries and customers, but different purposes and priorities, hence the Programme takes shape itself during the course of process. Engage, Motivate, Retain, Strengthen soft skills, Foster accountability and higher performance, Enhance teamwork, Growth mindset, etc…..
The story that I´m sharing here goes back a few months ago. The Warrior Business Journey for a Fashion British Brand in the Luxury Goods Industry. Operations, Retail Training, Operations and Client Engagement. A rich group of diverse nationalities and varied professional backgrounds. Purpose? To empower managers to drive their teams differently to further establish a culture of performance. How can they do differently to strive to achieve better results? We wanted to have FUN, by touching, feeling, seeing. We needed a MINDSET and SKILLSET. A mindset of strong believing in continuous performance. A Set of Ethical Warrior Skills to endure through our highly demanding work culture, thriving to achieve better results. We learnt by practising, connecting 2 worlds, Martial Arts and the Art of Excelling in Soft Business Skills. With open mind and fighting spirit, followed the plan. A series of keynotes, games, brainstorming and Physical Martial Arts training.
Resilience and Focus were the main skills developed across the Journey.
The Result? A engaged, excited, committed team. We asked them to write their feelings, learnings and favourite quotes and we received an endless list of incredible messages. We all learnt. We expected main messages on the understanding of the skill, but we realised that the feelings about the experience led the most amazing comments and the learnings were shown in practice. We got the bond and a new journey together ahead of us.
With gratitude and profound love.
